Where can I watch Ghost Theory?
Ghost Theory episodes are available on both YouTube and Patreon.

When do new episodes air?
Each Saturday at 9pm GMT/BST on YouTube.
Do I need to pay to watch Ghost Theory?
No. You can simply go to their YouTube channel and watch their many free episodes, with a new one available each Saturday. Don't forget to hit "subscribe" (again, free!) to follow their channel and be notified of new videos.
Why might I want a paid membership?
If you decide to become a member on YouTube, starting at level 2 you will be able to view all of their members-only videos. These videos share glimpses from behind the scenes of Ghost Theory's episodes.
If you decide to become a member on Patreon, starting at level 2 you will receive all of the same perks as on YouTube *plus* one-day-early new episode viewing each week.
How do I become a YouTube member?
You may sign up to become a member HERE. Remember to select level two if you want access to members-only videos.
How do I become a Patreon member?
You can get all of the same content, plus one-day-early access to each new episode, by becoming a member on Patreon here.
What's the difference between YouTube and Patreon? How do I decide which to join?

I want to gift someone a Ghost Theory membership.
This is easy to do via Patreon. Simply visit HERE and click the three dots in the upper right, OR, select "gift" (depending on whether you are on mobile or PC).
Unfortunately the only way to gain a gifted membership on YouTube, currently, is to be awarded one (they are randomly assigned) while attending a live chat/episode premiere on Saturdays. These gifted memberships also default to the lowest membership level, meaning tier 1, which does not include access to members-only videos.

How do I go about getting a gifted membership on YouTube?
Unfortunately the only way to gain a gifted membership on YouTube, currently, is to be awarded one (they are randomly assigned) while attending a live chat/episode premiere on Saturdays. These gifted memberships also default to the lowest membership level, meaning tier 1, which does not include access to members-only videos but will give you access to custom chat emojis and a membership badge next to your name in chat.
If you want to receive a gifted membership, you need to make you have your gift settings turned on. Here's how to do that:
click the “Join” button here: https://www.youtube.com/ghost_theory > Click the three-dot menu (⋮) > “Gift memberships settings.” Toggle “Allow gifts” to ON.

Ghost Theory is Joe and Elliot's full time job and livelihood. If you would like to generously donate to them to help fund their adventures and keep them in business, you may do so via Paypal. This is of course entirely optional, but always greatly appreciated.
What are some non-monetary ways I can support my favorite YouTubers?
Thanks so much for wanting to support Ghost Theory. Times are tight for everyone, but luckily it's easy to help them in meaningful ways that don't include emptying your wallet. Here are some ideas:
- Like their page on Facebook and leave a review there.
- Hype them up on your own social media pages (Facebook, Instagram story, tik tok, wherever you dwell online)
- Hit the thumbs-up on YouTube (this helps the YouTube algorithm push their channel out more)
- Hype their episodes on YouTube (new feature, see next question)
What is "Hyping" on YouTube?
Hyping is a YouTube feature that lets viewers boost new videos so they can be discovered more easily.
- You can hype a video only within the first 7 days after it’s uploaded.
- Viewers get three free hypes per week to use however they want.
- Each hype gives the video points.
- Videos with the most points appear on a country‑specific leaderboard.
- Hyped videos get a special badge during their first week.
How do I Hype a video on YouTube?
This is a new YouTube feature and is currently only available via mobile. Here's how to do it:
- Each Saturday, a new episode premieres at 9pm GMT/BST.
- After the premiere (not before or during), the hype feature becomes available.
- When the premiere ends, reload the page and find the "hype" section (you will need to swipe the comments section to the left to find it).
You may hype 3x a week on YouTube, and can choose to use all of your "hype points" on the same video if you wish, but you will need to close and reload the video between each hype.
Why should I hype Ghost Theory's videos?
To date, a Ghost Theory video has yet to make it onto a leaderboard. It would be an amazing show of fan support if we could get them onto a leaderboard, as it would gain them more exposure and a bigger audience.

Do Ghost Theory do meet and greets?
Typically no, and they don't currently have any planned; but who knows what the future will hold.
Ghost Theory did host a Halloween party in October 2025 for a small gathering of fans. During the gathering they gave away small prizes, played games, and conversed with the attendees.
Are Joe and Elliot married...to each other?
This sounds like a joke but it's a question that comes up a lot due to their great chemistry as friends, lol! The answer is no--Elliot is too high-maintenance and wants to be kept like a princess, and Joe can't keep him satisfied on a YouTuber's salary.
Kidding. But still no: Joe is in a long-term relationship with his girlfriend/live-in partner, and Elliot is married, you lovely but nosy people. SORRY LADIES. You'll have to admire Joe's eyelashes and Elliot's unstoppable eyebrows from afar.
