How did Joe and Elliot meet and start Ghost Theory?

The answer to this deserves its own page: How Ghost Theory Came to Be

Where can I watch Ghost Theory?

Ghost Theory episodes are available on both YouTube and Patreon.

They also have a second YouTube channel: Ghost Theory On The Road.

Do I need to pay to watch Ghost Theory?

No. You can simply go to their YouTube channel and watch their many free episodes, with a new one available each Saturday. Don't forget to hit "subscribe" (again, free!) to follow their channel and be notified of new videos.

Why might I want a paid membership?

If you decide to become a member on YouTube, starting at level 2 you will be able to view all of their members-only videos. These videos share glimpses from behind the scenes of Ghost Theory's episodes.

If you decide to become a member on Patreon, starting at level 2 you will receive all of the same perks as on YouTube *plus* one-day-early new episode viewing each week.

How do I become a YouTube member?

You may sign up to become a member HERE. Remember to select level two if you want access to members-only videos.

How do I become a Patreon member?

You can get all of the same content, plus one-day-early access to each new episode, by becoming a member on Patreon here.

What's the difference between YouTube and Patreon? How do I decide which to join?

All the same content can be had via either platform; they are the same, with the exception of one-day-early-viewing (which is exclusive to Patreon). For a full breakdown of the differences between Youtube and Patreon memberships, including cost, view This Membership Guide.

Where can I follow Ghost Theory on social media?

Can I donate to Ghost Theory?

Ghost Theory is Joe and Elliot's full time job and livelihood. If you would like to generously donate to them to help fund their adventures and keep them in business, you may do so via Paypal. This is of course entirely optional, but always greatly appreciated.

Doesn't Ghost Theory have a mascot...?

Yes! See Terry's Page.

Do Ghost Theory do meet and greets?

Typically no, and they don't currently have any planned; but who knows what the future will hold.

Ghost Theory did host a Halloween party in October 2025 for a small gathering of fans. During the gathering they gave away small prizes, played games, and conversed with the attendees.

Can I contact Ghost Theory?

If you have a question for Ghost Theory, or a suggestion as to a potential location for them to investigate, you may contact them here: ukghosttheory@gmail.com

Please keep in mind that they receive so much correspondence that, although they try to be very responsive to their audience, they can't possibly reply to everyone.

Who has sponsored Ghost Theory?

Ghost Theory have done several funny ads for their sponsor, Holy. Holy is a Berlin‑based beverage startup that produces powder‑based energy drinks, iced teas, and hydration mixes. The company focuses on zero‑sugar formulas, reduced packaging waste, and direct‑to‑consumer sales.

If you would like to try Holy, simply click this link and use code GHOST5 for £5 discount on your first order (code does not expire).
